Mindgruve CEO Chad Robley has been selected as a Finalist for San Diego Business Journal’s 2019 CEO of the Year Awards. The event recognizes the great achievements of local industry leaders both within their respective companies and the community at large. More specifically, finalists and winners are recognized for demonstrating vision and leadership that achieved  notable success. They’re also being recognized for driving business growth and contributing to the local economy.

Chad’s strategic approach to building Mindgruve’s teams and areas of expertise has positively impacted the agency’s success over the past two decades. As a thought leader in his industry, he’s been effective in securing high profile clients with significant growth potential. In the past year alone, Chad has led the way in signing an impressive list of global brands, including but not limited to Victorinox Swiss Army, Boot Barn, Petco and Colgate-Palmolive. These roster additions have led to a 45% bump in gross revenue and increased the employee base by 19% year over year.

Outside of Mindgruve, Chad is a passionate philanthropist and supporter of local organizations, many of which benefit children and the arts. He’s also an investor in several startups and mentors young entrepreneurs in the tech, consumer and ecommerce sectors.
